Traceability of requests
A unique ID can be generated for each request, which makes the request traceable at Europace and thus facilitates cross-system analysis in the event of any problems or errors.
This ID should consist of a unique, fixed part, such as the system or company name, and a constantly changing part, so that the individual requests can be distinguished from each other.
This ID is transmitted via an HTTP header called ‘X-TraceId’. This header is optional. If it is not set, an ID is generated by the system.
Request header name | Description | Example |
---|---|---|
X-TraceId | unique ID for each request | mycompany_12345678 |
